Here is a message to Wall Street...President Obama and the Treasury are DEAD WRONG if they think America is going to TOLERATE YOU FOLKS MAKING A DIME ON TOXIC ASSETS! Further, we want limits put on ANY BANK, ANY FUND that purchases those TOXIC ASSETS. We here on Main Street paid the price, took the hit...THOSE ASSETS BY ALL RIGHTS BELONG TO US. We have ALREADY BOUGHT THEM THREE TIMES OVER, and are OPPOSED TO EVEN ONE THIN DIME OF OUR TAXES BEING USED TO BUY THEM. Obama, the Treasury and Geithner need to come MAKE A DEAL WITH US ON MAIN STREET, NOT YOU SCUM ON WALL STREET.

Those TOXIC ASSETS are worth about 10-15 cents on the dollar right now. Congress should change the 401K rules so that we can instruct our people (IE, in my own case TIAF-CREF)to issue us letters of credit that allow us to use the money we have in our 401 K accounts (without penalty)to purchase those toxic assets and sit on them ourselves...we have been FORCED to sit on assets and keep our money in funds because we could not afford the unfair TEN PERCENT PENALTY imposed on it...well, let us DUMP our bonds, get out of our funds and instead at our choice BUY TOXIC ASSETS at bargain basement prices. At 20 cents on the dollar, I can go out right now under MY PLAN outlined in this one paragraph and buy up (at AN OPEN AUCTION) some $1.5 Million worth of assets (at their pre disaster value). Let's say I picked up 15 foreclosed CONDO's as example. (Remember, we are BUYING TOXIC ASSETS, they are greatly depressed.) I guarantee you I could have those Condo's RENTED OUT in 60 days at lets say BARGAIN PRICES of $300 a month plus overhead (IE, commons fees). I own 15, which brings in $4500 a month in income...times a year is $54,000 that I could put back into the stock market. Tell me where I am going to get that kind of a return at in my 401K? Why do the BIG INVESTORS GET THE HUGE BREAKS, WHY ARE YOU KEEPING OUR FUNDS TIED UP IN EVER DECLINING 401K's?

Some of them have told administration officials that they would participate only if the government guaranteed that it would not set compensation limits on the firms, according to people briefed on the conversations. The executives also expressed worries about whether disclosure and governance rules could be added retroactively to the program by Congress, these people said.

A spokeswoman for the Treasury declined to comment on the conversations over the weekend.

Administration officials took to the airwaves Sunday to reassure investors that the public would distinguish between companies like A.I.G., which are taking government bailout money, and private investment groups that, under this latest plan, would be helping the government take troubled assets off the books of some of the country’s biggest banks.

“What we’re talking about now are private firms that are kind of doing us a favor, right, coming into this market to help us buy these toxic assets off banks’ balance sheets,” Christina D. Romer, the White House’s chief economist, said in an interview on “Fox News Sunday.”

“I think they understand that the president realizes they’re in a different category,” she said, adding, “They are firms that are being the good guys here.”

Geithner says need private-sector help: report

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner said on Sunday that help from the private sector was critical to get toxic assets off banks' balance sheets and help resolve a credit crisis.

"Our judgment is that the best way to get through this is if we can work with the markets," Geithner said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. "We don't want the government to assume all the risk. We want the private sector to work with us."

Geithner is set to reveal details on Monday of a plan to set up public-private investment funds that could buy up to $1 trillion in troubled loans and securities at the heart of the financial crisis.

The Journal said Treasury believes participants in the program shouldn't be subject to executive-pay rules imposed by Congress. The law authorizing a $700-billion bailout and a provision in a $787-billion stimulus package impose tough pay restrictions on firms that receive government funds, including limits on bonuses.

Of the $180 Billion promised to AIG, over $80 Billion (and growing went right in the front door and out the back door to banks in foreign countries!

We are going to be told on Monday that we have to take on the financial responsibility (as taxpayers) another $2 Trillion dollars to buy up the Toxic Assets that are floating around...what they do not want you too know, is we are going to be the BACKSTOP that will allow the banks we BAILED OUT to buy those assets from themselves with our money AT BARGAIN BASEMENT PRICES.

While 12.5 Million LEGAL AMERICANS are out of work, the Department of Homeland Security, ICE, Border Patrol and President Obama refuse to take any actions against the seven million illegal aliens that STILL HAVE JOBS...in fact, the TWO CUNTS PELOSI and NAPOLITANO (YES, I SAID CUNTS!!!) have said enforcement of OUR LAWS, conducting ENFORCEMENT RAIDS is CRUEL!

President Obama demanded that E Verify be kept out of the Stimulus Bill...as a result of this reality, 300,000 Stimulus Jobs PAID FOR WITH OUR TAXES will go to ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Senator Dodd, Treasury Secretary Geithner and President OBama lied to us about what they knew regarding AIG bonus money, and when they knew about it.

1. We want Everify, and we want it mandatory FOR ALL BUSINESSES effective immediately, and we want it fully funded.

2. FUCK YOUR AMNESTY. (This goes for Reid, Pelosi, Obama and every other SCUM BAG wanting to REWARD ILLEGAL ALIENS.) Instead, we want ENFORCEMENT, WE WANT BORDER SECURITY, and if Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder are not willing to FULLY AND ACTIVELY ENFORCE OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, WE DEMAND THEIR RESIGNATIONS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. 12.5 Million Americans ARE OUT OF WORK, and we want the SEVEN MILLION CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS STEALING OUR JOBS GONE, and that MEANS DEPORTATION.

3. We want Treasury Secretary Geithner GONE. We are talking RESIGNATION, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

YOUR PLAN FOR buying up TOXIC ASSETS does not work for Main Street...we are not willing to have our money PUT ON THE LINE so that the rich can use it to buy up TOXIC ASSETS to cash in later at HUGE PROFIT. LET AIG and other Wall Street groups including banks FAIL! How much more can we get hurt anyway...you are already trying to force BOOMERS to accept a reality that they have to work till they are 68-72 so that you can reel in Social Security.

5. YOUR BUDGET Mr. PRESIDENT...FUCK IT TOO....we do not want THAT DEBT. Take your Health care and MOST OF YOUR Energy plan and PARK THEM! THIS INCLUDES ALL FUNDING AND LOAN GUARANTEES TO NUCLEAR. Simply stated...we in the middle class have suffered enough, and ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE IT UP THE ASS so you can give what we have left to the poor and illegal aliens. You can come back and discuss these two issues with us once we have seen at least TEN MILLION ILLEGALS SHIPPED OUT OF AMERICA by any means possible, including by the point of a gun held by a member of our military.

Perhaps someone from the White House can explain to me why it is that my taxes should be used to bailout banks bad investments, why I should support a plan that would buy up Wall Streets bad paper when it is thier actions that have cost my wife and I over $100,000 in lost equity in our home, thus leaving us in an upside down mortgage? Perhaps Obama could explain to me why it is that I and others in the Middle Class have to accept our share of a Federal Bailout to the tune of trillions of dollars when, through no fault of our own we have seen our own retirement plans and 401 K's drop hundreds of thousands of dollars in value because of illegal activity on the part of Wall Street, and America's banking system....where is our bailout, and where are the criminal prosecutions of these rich elitists who broke our laws, stole our dreams? DOW Trying To Claw and Fight Way Back To 8000

With just ten minutes to close, the DOW is clawing and fighting its way upward as it trys to end the week close to or above 8,000. It will be close, but on what looks like an up day to close the week the DOW is right now up 358 points, and about 90 points short of the 8,000 mark...until just a week ago the talk was the DOW had hit bottom, and bottom was going to be somewhere between 8300 and 8800 points...we now know that is NOT TRUE.

Wall Street To Be Made 100 Percent WHOLE With Our Money!

OK, I go out and buy a home, and the neighborhood takes a dive in the shitter, or maybe I rented the home out to someone that trashed it. Either way, my asset is now worth less, maybe a lot less than I paid for it. I have to EAT THAT LOSS. Bad mortgages, and Wall Street greed have driven down our home prices, robbed us of our Equity, we have to swallow that as well. Yet, if you read both the House and Senate Wall Street Bailout bills CAREFULLY, Wall Street is going to be made WHOLE. Under the section titled, "Preventing Unjust Enrichment" the bill forbids the Secretary from buying an asset for more money than the lending institution PAID FOR IT! I'll take that deal every day...I bought something for ten dollars, it is now worth seven dollars, but the treasury will buy it back from me for TEN DOLLARS! HOT DAMN!

Secretary shall take such steps as may be necessary to prevent unjust enrichment of financial institutions participating in a program established under this section, including by preventing the sale of a troubled asset to the Secretary at a higher price than what the seller paid to purchase the asset.

Meanwhile, on related news, Bill Clinton who is out stumping for Barrack Obama is trying to tell us on Main Street we have to GET BEHIND THIS BAILOUT.
