Dear Mr. Obama:

I have two key questions in regard to your Health Care summit, and a couple of minor ones.

1. Would your Universal Health Care plan provide coverage for the 12-25 million illegal aliens currently in America?

2. Would these same Illegal Aliens get coverage through a backdoor should you go ahead with your wrong sighted plan to give criminal illegal aliens AMNESTY?

Of less importance, but deserving of an HONEST ANSWER...something you and your administration seem incapable of giving.

3. Is it true that your plan for Universal Health Care coverage will actually greatly LIMIT AND RATION health care for the 75 million Boomers getting ready to retire? Further, doesn't this rationing of Health Care amount to government sanctioned Boomer Genocide?

4. Is it true that those of us who do have coverage will lose many of our policy benefits, including speficially our prescription drug plans?

Two Days In...Audacity of Hope Looking More Like I Hood Winked You Playa!

"You FOLKS are SO FUCKED"

Two days into President Elect Barack Obama's reign, and his "Audacity of Hope" is looking more and more like "I lied to you playa!" Stumbling out of the starting gate on election night, the first thing we heard was MORE OF THE SAME as he asked us to give him a second term when he stated to the entire world:

The road ahead will be long. Our climb will be steep. We may not get there in one year or even one term, but America – I have never been more hopeful than I am tonight that we will get there. I promise you – we as a people will get there.

BOOM...right after his opening thanks, and promising his kids their dog he starts back peddling on his Audacity of hope, dampening our expectations, and preparing us for reneging on his agenda while also pitching the crowd for a second term. The climb is going to be steep can easily be translated into, "lets tamp down the enthusiasm and be realistic folks, as there is no way in hell we are going to get along if you hold me to all those promises I made out on the trail. Besides, if you recall, I ALWAYS gave myself an out by saying I did not know what we would find when I actually took office." Then the typical political hook while the crowd is on his side, "We may not get there in one year or even one term..." Translated, "Stay with me folks, and keep those monthly campaign donations coming in, as I am running for a second term." Say five million Americans continuing to toss in $20 bucks a month for the next four years, you all do the math.

Talk about politics as usual! Then yesterday after the dust settles America got its first look at Obama's change government, and it looks suspiciously like the same old tired SHIT SANDWICH we have been seeing and forced to eat for years. Cronism, it is there. Political machine mentality with a lot of the same old worn out faces...it is there with the early framework of an Obama presidency taking on a very Clinton like feel as Bill and Senator Dashle's team members are plugged into the mix. Government by and for rich people...OH YEAH, that is there in spades when you start looking at how many MILLIONAIRES are on his payroll, starting with his new Chief of Staff who has had his tens of millions safely tucked away in trust now for almost two decades while sucking off the public trust! Which might explain his pro-illegal stance, since rumors have it that he benefits from the CHEAP LABOR they provide.

Two days in and it is looking like America may have been hoodwinked...I would challenge Obama to step forward and prove me wrong, unless he is nothing more than a two faced lying yellow bellied chicken. Where is change Mr. Obama if you are building your team in the same corrupt fashion that every other president has built his team. Where is change when you are brining in the same rich and elite overlords to rule over the masses? For someone who sold himself as one of us, you are suddenly acting a whole lot LIKE THEM. Is your change just more of the same as the middle class gets chewed up and spit out by the Uber Rich on one side, and both illegal and legal immigrants on the other? Tell me Obama, did you just HOOD WINK AMERICA?

Should Main Street America Plan Protests For World Financial Summit?

Just out from the White House...seems that George Bush is going to hold a WORLD SUMMIT on the Economy in 23 days. Question becomes, should Main Street America take the necessary steps to show up in very large numbers for this Summit to have our voices heard? Has the time come for say 25,000 Truckers and their Rigs to converge on Washington, bringing complete GRIDLOCK to the beltway? Should 25,000 farmers and their tractors converge on Washington, parking their farm equipment on OUR WHITE HOUSE LAWN. Has the time come for the average OUT OF WORK AMERICAN to converge on Washington, DC to demand that our government DEPORT ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS?

Presidential Campaign Is Over...Barack Obama Our Next President

The final debate is over, and all the polls, including the one here on Washington Scandal give a decisive win to Barack Obama. However, that is not why I am officially pronouncing this election officially over. I usually fall asleep with my television on, which means I wake up to the news streaming into my sleepy head as I give my cats a pat on the head and get ready to start my day. This morning I woke up to Sarah Palin spitting out tired sounding, canned sound bites up in Maine. There are barely over two weeks before we finally get to vote, barely over two weeks before we finally get a break from this constant barrage of STUMP NEWS, and Sarah Palin is up in Maine clawing for ONE ELECTORAL VOTE...that's right, stumping for one vote.

Maine is one of only two states (the other being Nebraska) where you can win an electoral vote while losing the state. If you ever needed a clear sign that the fat lady has sung, that John McCain's Campaign is over though the election process marches on, this is it. According to an article in the Denver paper, the McCain Campaign sees an opening in Maine's 2nd Congressional District because of its similarities to Alaska, with its many lakes and its Moose! Enter Sarah Palin and her stump speech there...HELLO, we are talking one Electoral Vote! John McCain does not need one electoral vote, he needs fistfuls of them. When you are taking your number two and sending her off to Maine to chase down one electoral vote, you have officially cried Uncle, telegraphed to America that your Campaign is Toast...can someone pass the Marmalade?

BANGOR, Maine (AP) -- Republican John McCain's campaign sees similarities between rugged Alaska and northern Maine's expanse of lakes, forests and coastline, and hopes that running mate Sarah Palin can help navigate the terrain.

The campaign believes the Alaska governor and moose-hunting hockey mom will connect with voters in a region where hunting, fishing and snowmobiling are popular.

McCain can win one electoral vote if he takes Maine's 2nd Congressional District, the biggest district in geographic terms east of the Mississippi, a patchwork of forests and lakes that are blanketed by snow for much of the year.

Focusing on a single district could make sense in Maine, one of only two states - the other is Nebraska - that allow electoral votes to be split. It means that even a statewide loser could grab one of Maine's four electoral votes.

"Certainly the 2nd District is within his sights. He can win this district," said Mark Brewer, political science professor at the University of Maine.

No BULL...The Real LINE on BAILOUT Bill

As the news media banters about the bailout deal, yesterdays notes and negotiated lobbyist tainted agreements have been put into the hands of Capital Hill lawyers to be put into proper Bill format. In laymans terms...a bad bill is about to get worse, and we are going to get screwed even harder than we think. Let us look at some of what we know about this rancid bailout bill that panders to the rich and elite at the expense of us in the lower and middle class.

• The initial funding would be $250 billion. Another $100 billion would be subject to the president’s request.

Ask yourselves...why even bother putting in that little caveat about $100 Billion being subject to the president's reguest? Is there anyone out there that believes said request won't be forthcoming before the ink on the man's signature is dry? If you do, I have a Bridge to Nowhere I would like to sell you.

• The final $350 billion could be available upon another presidential request but would be subject to a congressional disapproval resolution, which would then be subject to presidential veto.

Pay attention here FOLKS...first, this is a SECOND $350 Billion dollars. Next, the Congress could disapprove of disbursing this funding, but the PRESIDENT COULD VETO IT. Is this what the negotiators call protecting taxpayers? Mark my words, if just for spite, George W. Bush will make sure every penny of this EARMARK for the rich and elite is in the pipeline before he leaves office.

• There would be no time restrictions on the release of the funds, so the total potentially could be paid out over a very short time.

As predicted ABOVE, there is no TIME RESTRICTIONS on this bailout...ask yourselves folks, do you really trust George Bush and Mr. Paulson to spend $770 Billion dollars of our taxes between now and the end of the year?

• There will be a limit on golden parachutes for departing executives of troubled financial firms, but the plan is quite complicated and, “I think that should be left until you have the legal draft,” he said.

Quite complicated? Why? Lets make it STRAIGHT FORWARD, a $400,000 salary cap, end of story! This little caveat is a LOBBYIST DREAM, and one that they will be RICHLY REWARDED FOR. Americans should be burning up the phone lines into Capital Hill.

• There is no bankruptcy modification provision but foreclosure forbearance is part of the deal.

So, Wall Stree FAT CATS get $770 BILLION DOLLARS, and all we as tax payers get is NOTHING...lets explain foreclosure forbearance...you get an extra 30, 60 or 90 days before the GRIME REEPER arrives to throw you out into the street.

Here is the biggest INSULT OF ALL...remember our OWNERSHIP? You know, we bail you out, we get ownership SHARES...not exactly, and we should SCREAM BLOODY MURDER ON THIS ONE.

You see, we don't get SHARES, but instead will be issued WARRANTS! Do you know what a WARRANT IS?

In finance, a warrant is a security that entitles the holder to buy stock of the company that issued it at a specified price, which is usually higher than the stock price at time of issue.

Warrants are frequently attached to bonds or preferred stock as a sweetener, allowing the issuer to pay lower interest rates or dividends. They can be used to enhance the yield of the bond, and make them more attractive to potential buyers. Warrants can also be used in private equity deals. For instance, it was a common practice during the height of the dot-com bubble for a landlord of sought-after commercial real-estate to demand warrants from high-tech startups as part of the lease agreement. Frequently, these warrants are detachable, and can be sold independently of the bond or stock.

Corporations issue warrants to enhance the future value of their stock to the people holding it.

A) Why not STRAIGHT OUT STOCK OWNERSHIP?

B) Who holds these WARRANTS, and how are they going to be exercised, and when? If we are already giving them $770 Billion dollars, why do we have to turn around and spend MORE TAX PAYER MONEY TO BUY STOCK?

Open Letter To Snake Tongued John Hall

Dear John Hall:

Could you share with us, your constituents what it feels like to be a member of a do nothing Congress? What's it feel like to take campaign contributions from groups that actually support the relicensing of Indian Point? Have you no pride, no principles left? Why are you and Congress letting E verify die? Have you bought into the National Chamber of Commerce's belief that its OK to eliminate our Middle Class jobs, it's OK to lower our wages in the name of corporate bottom line profits funneled into the hands of the UBER RICH, and the Corporate Elites on the board of directors of these modern day Robber Baron companies?

We don't support the bailout, do not want you voting for it, as it includes NOTHING for the Middle Class. Some basic facts...the mortgage crisis, the crumbling of Wall Street has wiped out every cent of my house's equity, I right now am at a break even point at best, close to being one of those UPSIDE DOWN MORTGAGES where I owe more than the house is worth...even if I wanted to bail I can't, as houses are not selling right now, even at bargain basement prices. Our retirement nest egg has taken a BLOOD BATH, and this bailout is NOT GOING TO GET US THAT MONEY LOSS BACK. In fact, what is going to happen, is we'll be paying more taxes. Simply stated, let Wall Street crash...maybe that would WAKE UP THE UBER RICH AND POWERFUL.

Instead, let us have a Middle Class Bailout.

1. Nationalize all mortgages for FIRST HOMES, let normal citizens have access to theh same super discounted interests rates that the UBER WEALTHY have access to. I'd love that 3 or 4 percent interest rate that banks and big corporations get access to. The interest collected on these millions of loans could be used to reduce our National Debt, start paying off what we owe to the world so that we as a nation get out of the interest trap where the taxes we pay up through the end of April are used for nothing more than INTEREST PAYMENTS.

2. Deal with the Illegal Alien problem, and that DOES NOT MEAN AMNESTY, DOES NOT MEAN A GUEST WORKER PROGRAM...hello, we have had 600,000 people LOSE THEIR JOBS this year alone, yet you people want to LET MORE PEOPLE IN, want to let ILLEGAL ALIENS stay here, continuing to drive down our wages to the tune of almost a quarter of a trillion dollars a year!

A) Build our fence.
B) Make it a mandatory prison sentence for all corporate officers and managers of a company caught hiring Illegal Aliens, and revoke their license to conduct business.
C) Using work and home place raids, identify and begin deporting ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS.
D) Renew E-Verify, and make it MANDATORY that ALL COMPANIES use it to verify all hires, not just new ones.
E) Put a five year hold ON ALL WORK VISAS.

3) Get rid of George W. Bush's tax cuts...we are in a recession, close to a depression. Nobody likes higher taxes, but if we do not start paying down our National Debt, it is only a matter of time before America as a nation, as a government will have to declare bankrupcy.

4) The time has come to REBUILD America's industrial infrastructure...we cannot compete with China and Taiwan when our manufacturing infrastructure in many cases is over 100 years old.

5) If the bailout of Wall Street takes place, as a symbol of change, there can be no Golden Parachutes. Secondly, there is to be NO BAILOUT of International or Foreign Banks and companies...IE, HSBC.

You have no serious competition in this election...that is sad, as you so far in your first two years have DONE NOTHING for your constituents, and do not deserve the title we gave you. Stop running with the back, stop being a yes man for Pelosi and Corporate America.

Unemployment Figures Go Up...Only Half The Truth

If you watched the Republican Convention this week, you did not see them talking much about Health Care, did not see them using the word Middleclass in talking to the voters of America, heard nothing about the housing crisis, the devastated stock market, or the millions of Americans out of work. After last nights Change Propaganda on the part of John McCain, we saw the unemployment statistics, and they are NOT PRETTY. For the year we have lost some 600,000 jobs, and millions of Americans are out of work, some of them so devastated they have stopped even looking.

Why are so many Americans out of work...in two words, though some may disagree, illegal aliens. There are between 15-25 million illegal aliens in the country, at least half of them holding down jobs that would otherwise be held by lawful American citizens, or immigrants that are here LEGALLY. Deport these illegal aliens, and you, to a great degree, put those Americans that want to work back to work. Yet, McCain, Mr. Amnesty himself has been mute on the subject of immigration reform and securing our borders this entire year as he has made his political comeback.

Don't kid yourselves folks...well over 8 million illegal aliens made their way into America during the George Bush presidency because he promised them Amnesty, was friendly to illegal aliens because of family ties, coupled with the Chamber of Commerce's desire for CHEAP WAGES...in the meantime, it is us the middleclass worker who has paid the price, and will continue to pay that price if we do not secure our Southern Border with Mexico and taken the necessary actions to deport those who are here and working illegally. Think about it, 6.1 percent of our citizens of working age are now unemployed, and it is going to get worse before it gets better...we are in a recession, perhaps heading to a depression all because politicians like John McCain refuse to do the right thing when it comes to immigration reform.

Reform is SO SIMPLE...enforce the laws we have on the books, secure our borders and other points of entry. You want to put hard working Americans back to work, then deport those who are here illegally, those who unlawfully have taken our jobs and by doing so depressed our wages. This is a presidential election year, many Senators and every Congressman/woman is up for re-election. Go to the public appearances and debates and ask the question. "What Mr. Politician are you going to do to secure our border with Mexico, and send back to where they belong those who are stealing OUR AMERICAN DREAM for their own by working as illegal aliens. Think about it, is it fair that an illegal alien is working, buying a home while you are unemployed and losing your house? Where I come from, that is stealing our dream because they want it for themselves...call it what you want, I call that criminal activity, and our Federal Laws as written agree with me.

Sarah Palin insinuated that Obama was afraid a terrorist meranda rights were being violated, and shrugged it off. I would like to know if she takes the same cavalier attitude towards illegal aliens that are stealing our American way of life? If as she claims, she is working for us, what is HER STAND ON ILLEGAL ALIENS?
