China Whining About American Protectionism

All you have to do is visit a Chinese News site such as Xinhua and you can find editorial rantings by the likes of Li Rong railing against the growing Buy American sentiments sweeping across our nation as Main Street Americans encourage our nation to leave goods made in China sitting on store shelves as we Just Say No to American Dollars continuing to support the Chinese People and the controlling, manipulative and abusive government of President Hu. Li Rong whines that in this time of a shrinking world economy, other nations should be focusing in on "Free Trade" instead of putting up barriers that would keep China from their goal of stealing as large a share of the World Economy as they can to feed and cloth their unchecked and out of control population.

Seems a 200 member strong Chinese Trade mission is out and about trying to SHAKE DOWN any one and everyone they can guilt or bully to keep their own crashing economy from going into hyperdrive...my suggestion...every developed nation should JUST SAY NO to China until they can A) play fair, B) stop manipulating their own currency to their best benefit, C) stop their Human Rights violations, and D) given Tibet its deserved and long over due freedom from the oppressive Communist Government of China.

Meanwhile we here in Main Street America can only control our own spending, but that is considerable, and recent news articles in China show they are AFRAID of us lashing back at them with our pocketbooks, afraid of what will happen to China if America just says No to goods and services from Mainland China. Protectionism needs to be the call of the day...if you cannot find what you are looking for that is produced here in America, do without it. Go to the front of the store and tell the managers you are tired of CRAP MADE IN CHINA, that you want them to stop carrying Communist China products in their store. Bring jobs back to America by boycotting ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CHINA.

In this era of globalization, nobody is spared from the ongoing economic crisis. While countries around the world come up with their own remedies, some unfortunately resorted to trade barriers and the United States, the world's largest economy, even included a "buy American" provision in its economic stimulus package.

They are angry, but they are also AFRAID as they know we have the power to bring their nation to their knees, and it is time for us to exercise it, time to END THEIR UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES, TIME TO END THEIR ABUSES OF HUMAN RIGHTS. Buying anything made, produced or originated in China is supporting oppression, is supporting slave labor, is supporting human rights abuses, and is supporting dishonest and unfair trade practices. Be a true American by saying no to "Made in China".

Americans Can and MUST Crash China Economy!

If Americans want to know what the silver lining is as our economy runs through the rapids of despair and agony, look to China. As orders from America plummet, China's economy and thus their power is crashing. 20,000 textile factories, many of them once located here in America, that were pumping out clothes to fill orders from GAP, Walmart and other retailers have shuttered their doors, seeking bankruptcy protection as 20 Million Chinese hit the unemployment lines. By crashing the Chinese economy, America is providing the pathway to rebuilding our own country, reclaiming our manufacturing infrastructure as China loses theirs. Yes, I am talking deliberate Main Street economic warfare against the sweat shops and slave labor that have build China's might.

If it says Made in China, put it back on the shelves. Clothing, electronics, food, furniture, anything and everything that is associated with Communist China should be off your shopping list...we have the opportunity here while times are tough to use our wallets, our pocketbooks to effect social change. For too long our tax dollars were used to send our manufacturing base to foreign lands, too often to the shores of China where human sweat shops flourished under the regime of President Hu. Despite cruel treatment of its citizens, known horrid human rights abuses, and other atrocities, China was given "Most Favored Nation" status with America because the United States Chamber of Commerce pushed for it, lobbied Congress on behalf of those pushing us towards a Global Economy that we now see DOES NOT WORK FOR AMERICA.

China's recent gains in both military and political might around the world have been built and predicated upon their ability to FLOOD AMERICAN MARKETS with their CHEAP, POORLY MADE GOODS. Our government allowed China to steal our American Prosperity in much the same way they are letting Illegal Aliens steal our jobs. Well, enough is enough...BOYCOTT all thinks Chinese as a wave of Patriotic Buy American protectionism brings our nation back from the brink while we kick China off a steep cliff, sending their economy into a hell from which it should not recover until such time as their horrid human rights abuses are ended, their citizens set free, and Tibet given its independence.

Some Scary Facts on China:

The regime still allows a prisoner to be asphyxiated by the fumes from his own uncollected excrement, turns the family members of imprisoned human rights campaigners out on the streets, forces young women to undergo sterilization and abortion.

China may not use little boys as chimney sweeps, but the textile and garment industries work children 14 hours a day, seven days a week, and often they sleep by their looms. If you lose your arm in the loom, you're fired.

True Justice...Acid His Entire Face, Not Just Eyes in Iranian Case of Blind Justice

Ameneh Bahrami wants ancient justice, and eye for and eye...this is upsetting many in the Human Rights movement...get over it. Have you seen this woman's face? Acid dropped into the eyes of Majid Movahedi (the spurned man who threw acid on her) does not seem harsh enough. He may end up blind, but not permanently scarred as his victim is. I salute Ameneh for demanding justice rather than accepting a small token pay off of some Blood Money. I think she is entitled to more justice than just acid in this mans eyes...she should be allowed to have him permanently disfigured. Those who are upset with the victim need to get a clue...maybe if we had some eye for an eye justice here in America we would have lower crime rates...we could start by chopping off the hands of every Wall Street executives and bankers that have robbed us blind, trashed our economy...that seems far more right than Bloomberg wanting to spend $45 Million of our tax dollars RETRAINING THEM.

TEHRAN, Iran (CNN) -- Ameneh Bahrami is certain that one day she'll meet someone, fall in love and get married. But when her wedding day comes, her husband won't see her eyes, and she won't see her husband. Bahrami is blind, the victim of an acid attack by a spurned suitor.

Ameneh Bahrami said her attacker pestered her with marriage demands.

If she gets her way, her attacker will suffer the same fate. The 31-year-old Iranian is demanding the ancient punishment of "an eye for an eye," and, in accordance with Islamic law, she wants to blind Majid Movahedi, the man who blinded her.

China Sticks Nose Into Nobel Peace Prize Award

Seems that China is opposed to one Hu Jia, an AIDS Activist recieving the Nobel Peace Prize this Friday. You see, the Chinese Government numbnuts do not see him as an activist, but as a JAILED DISSIDENT...his crime...keeping track of other activists unfairly and unjustly harrassed and hauled off by the thugs in China's repressive regime. Too HARSH? this is a nation that bulldozes entire communities, displaces millions on a whim, this is a nation that wrongfully rules over Tibet with an IRON FIST. This is a corrupt nation that ships TAINTED GOODS all over the world with disregard to human health and safety. Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang is a dick weed who should keep his pantied assed remarks and opinions to himself...at every turn on the road they off more proof of their human rights violations, give America just cause to revoke its Most Favored Nation Trading status. If George Bush were not such a ball less piss ant, he would order Secretary of State Condi Rice to issue a statement taking exception to Qin Gang's remarks, and interference.

China said Thursday that a prominent Chinese human rights activist should not be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, saying such an honor would go against the spirit of the award.

Jailed dissident Hu Jia is considered among the front-runners for the prize to be announced Friday. No short list of potential Nobel laureates is announced.

"I hope the Nobel Peace Prize should be awarded to the right person. If the prize is awarded to such a person it would be against the purpose of such a prize," said at a regular news conference.

Qin said the prize should be awarded to someone who has "truly made contributions to world peace," and there are thousands of eligible Chinese they could pick.

Hu is a brash dissident who tirelessly chronicled the arrests and harassment of other activists before he was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in jail in April. Security agents took him without explanation from his apartment on Dec. 27.
