President Calderon's Puta Mexicana Again Trying To Kill E Verify

Senator Sessions is trying to put millions of Americans back to work over night by getting E Verify into the OmniBus Budget Bill, having it funding and mandatory for a period of five years. Meanwhile, Calderon's personal taint sniffer, the Presidente's personal Puta Mexicana Senator Reid is lying to his constituents, while at the same time trying to put a death grip On E Verify. Over ELEVEN MILLION AMERICANS are out of work while SEVEN MILLION ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINALS CONTINUE TO HAVE JOBS IN OUR ECONOMY...even worse, over one million of these jobs for Illegal Alien Criminals are being paid for with our taxes! I am asking every AMERICAN to contact their Senators, and demand they not close discussion on the President's PORK LADEN Budget Bill until E Verify is firmly written into said Bill, and funded for a period of FIVE YEARS! But when the “stimulus” was being debated, Reid prevented any discussion of including the House-passed provision requiring use of the E-Verify system by contractors receiving stimulus money, which would have helped prevent illegals from getting these taxpayer-subsidized jobs.

In conference, he and Speaker Pelosi stripped out the House’s E-Verify provision. On Thursday, Reid stymied Sen. McConnell’s attempt to bring up an amendment to the FY-09 spending bill that would reauthorize E-Verify for 5 years.

So Reid lied to his constiuents, and has violated his oath of office yet again.

A jury today ruled that a Rancher DID NOT VIOLATE MEXICANS RIGHTS in detaining them for entering America ILLEGALLY, IN TRESPASSING ON AND OVER HIS LAND...DUH! Hurray for Roger Barnet, and a BIG FORK UP THE ASS to MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund) who tried to ruin this man's life...there is a SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL for every board member of organizations that try to give ILLEGAL ALIENS rights they are not entitled too! It is noted here for the anal retentive chimps at MALDEF who don't seem to get it, that ILLEGAL ALIENS wrongfully and illegally in America ARE NOT MEXICAN AMERICANS. Jury: Rancher did not violate Mexicans' rights

A federal jury on Tuesday ruled that an Arizona rancher did not violate the civil rights of 16 Mexican nationals he detained at gunpoint after they had snuck illegally into the United States in 2004, but the jury awarded $78,000 in actual and punitive damages to six of the illegal immigrants on claims of assault and infliction of emotional distress.

After a nine-day trial, the eight-person jury -- four men and four women -- returned the verdict Tuesday afternoon in U.S. District Court in Tucson, Ariz., after a day and a half of deliberation, also tossing charges of false imprisonment, battery and conspiracy against Douglas, Ariz., rancher Roger Barnett. Most of the award, about $60,000, was for punitive damages.

Mr. Barnett's attorney, David T. Hardy of Tucson, described the decision as an "80 percent victory," adding that he wished he and his client "would have gotten the other 20 percent." But he said he would appeal the decision, citing what he called "solid grounds." He also said U.S. District Judge John M. Roll had been "scrupulously fair" during the landmark trial.

Mr. Barnett owns the Cross Rail Ranch near Douglas, Ariz., where he maintains cattle on 22,000 acres of private and leased land. A $32 million lawsuit, brought by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF), sought damages for civil rights violations and the infliction of emotional distress. It also accuses Mr. Barnett of assault, battery and false imprisonment.

Also named were Mr. Barnett's wife, Barbara, and his brother, Donald, although the jury dismissed the allegations against both the wife and the brother.

The trial was based on a March 7, 2004, incident in which Mr. Barnett approached a group of illegal immigrants while carrying a gun and accompanied by his dog.

Under Who Cares...Mexico Social Welfare System Collapsing With Deportations

Under who cares...seems that Mexico's Senate is getting worried that their Social Welfare system is collapsing...why it is collapsing? Between deportations and a shrinking job market for illegal aliens here in America it seems that remittances from illegal aliens in America are rapidly shrinking. Now I am curious here...am I the only one that finds it disturbing that Mexico factors into their Social Safety Net for their most unfortunate citizens remittances from their illegal aliens here in America? President Calderon really needs to get a V-8, and Mexico needs to learn that America is not their FEDERAL WELFARE PROGRAM. We need more deportations, and Calderon needs to take care of his own citizens, rather than using America as his nation's dumping ground. Drop in remittances from Mexicans living in the United States threatens Mexico's social welfare in some areas

[The increasing return of its migrants from the US is beginning to catch Mexico's media attention.]
- According to the Mexican National Institute of Migration, between the beginning of 2006 and August, 2008, some 1.5 million of their countrymen were deported from the US.

Contributing to this trend, the total for 2008 could reach 600,000. In addition to these numbers, many are returning because of the financial and employment situation in the US. Those remaining are sending less money home. Mexico's social welfare is threatened by the drop in remittances received in economically marginal areas according to elected officials who call for a "rescue fund" of 1.8 billion pesos to be included in the 2009 budget.

The decrease in income from their US migrants "can convulse half the country," warned one of the representatives. Another pointed out that the recovery program would provide support for those who remain in the US where whatever they might have there would be more than what they would find in their home communities. The state and federal governments are not coordinated to face the wave of migrants remaining unemployed in the US and there is no plan in place, according to the Mexican Senate's head of the revenue commission. "The situation is worrisome because, at the moment, we haven't established an emergency program regarding people who are returning," he stated.

Mexico's Calderon Threatens Obama With Tsuanmi of Illegal Aliens...Time To Militarize Our Southern Border?

Mexican President Calderon has threatened President Elect Obama while at the APEC event. He came right out and said America will face a flood of Illegal Aliens if Obama messes with trade, tries to change NAFTA. WTF? When are we going to spit in the face of this buffoon and show him we mean business by putting 20,000 or so military troops on our Southern Border to shut down the illegal drug trade, and stop Illegal Immigration from Mexico once and for all...you had best learn Mr. Calderon that you are treading on thin water...many Americans would have no problems massing our troops on the border with Mexico, giving said troops the right to use whatever it takes to stop both drug dealers, and illegal aliens, and if that means deadly force, so be it. Who the fuck do you think you are threatening an incoming president?

Calderon's Threat:

And Mexican President Felipe Calderon, in an impassioned speech to delegates at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum on Saturday, warned Obama that any tightening of trade restrictions would send a flood of illegal immigrants into the United States.

"The next U.S. administration must assume leadership in a very firm manner--not just for Americans but for the whole world," Calderon said.

The stern words for Obama came during an annual APEC gathering dominated by fears over the ongoing financial crisis, and underscored the difficult balance that Obama must strike if he intends to forge a new economic path for the United States.
