As Unemployment Hit's 8.1 Percent, Over 7 Million Illegal Aliens Still Working Illegally In America

The unemployment report is out, and it is UGLY...our national Unemployment Rate is now over EIGHT PERCENT, some 4.3 Million LEGAL AMERICANS and/or Legal Immigrants have lost their jobs since the start of this Second Great Depression. So why isn't President Obama taking immediately steps to GET ILLEGAL ALIENS OUT OF THE AMERICAN WORK FORCE. Two easy steps to put Illegal Aliens out of work would be:

1. Instant enactment of E verify, and make it a mandatory participation program for all employers. Further, make it mandatory that all current and future employees be verified through E Verify.

2. Increased Work Place and Neighborhood Raids by ICE, Border Patrol, FBI, and all law enforcement agencies with the specific intent of TARGETING AND DEPORTING LARGE NUMBERS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Deportation of 12-25 Million Illegal Aliens would lower property taxes in many areas where home owners are being forced to pick up the tab to educate over 4.5 million children of illegal aliens. Deportation of America's Illegal Aliens would put upwards of SEVEN MILLION LEGAL AMERICANS BACK TO WORK.

WAKE UP MAIN STREET...it is US OR THEM, and right now over seven million of them (Illegal Aliens) are working because you have been MEEK LITTLE LAMBS marching to your own slaughter. What is it going to be? Are you fine losing your home, are you fine with your children STARVING? ARE YOU FINE MOVING YOUR FAMILY INTO THE FAMILY MINI VAN? We can force Obama to take the necessary steps to DEPORT THESE VERMIN that are stealing food from the mouths of YOUR CHILDREN, but only if you become vocal, only if you let Washington DC know your RAGE.

When these landlords are exposed publicly to their friends and neighbors, they often times will have a change of heart about renting to these criminals.

What Will Tomorrow Bring? A Boomer Calls For Fairness

It's Sunday evening, November 2nd and we as a nation are rapidly approaching the end of what has been a far to long Presidential Campaign. If the rest of America is like I am, they are tired, exhausted, ready to have it all over with. No more pundits telling us what to think, no more maps, no more polls, no more senseless attack ads as our phones signal yet another Robo Call coming in. Bruce Springsteen (the Boss) sings about change as the Obama family takes the stage in Cleveland, Ohio. Most agree, most are anticipating a Barack win on Tuesday, are expecting Obama to be our President Elect come November 5th.

One thing is certain...we are on the precipice of change. The question is, what kind of a change are we about to see, and is it possible to get enough Americans on the same game page to make that change a positive experience for American families, a coming together of America as a nation as we move into even greater days ahead, or will those changes tear apart our nation at the seams as our divisions pull us even further apart. Red verse blue states, conservative verse liberal, lower and middle class against both the elite and illegals, the boomers declaring war on everyone that expects us once again to sacrifice in the name of everybody else.

Leave no doubt, America is a divided nation, a nation that has been infected by some horrid diseases such as greed, corruption, and even illegal immigration. No matter who is elected, one thing is certain...both Presidential candidates are expecting those who live on Main Street to make great sacrifices for a better tomorrow, and it is those sacrifices, how they are crafted, how they are presented that will unite us as a nation, or tear us apart.

I can only speak for myself, can only give voice to my own heart, can only address Barack Obama as one Boomer, but it is my belief that many across this once great land share my sentiments, my passions, and my angers. As one of 75 Million Boomers, as one person in what is the largest voting block America has even known, I am tired of being treated as a second class citizen who is always being the one doing the sacrificing, always being told it's not our turn. No longer am I willing to SACRIFICE so that the next generation, or illegal aliens, or people of color can have their opportunity...I want my turn, and more importantly, I want just what is due me, nothing more and nothing less. I don't want to pay for a Wall Street Bailout when Wall Street Trashed my 401K, and I don't want to Sacrifice my Social Security income to say Social Security for my children, and their children...I don't even have children, so why should I starve to save something for those I do not even know?

Let me try to put this seeming selfishness into proper perspective.

I was four years old when John F. Kennedy was elected president, I shook his hand in Louisville Kentucky. I grew up as a child with Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Desegregation, LBJ, Robert Kennedy, the Vietnam War, and the Civil Rights Movement that brought with it Affirmative Action. These eyes have seen and lived a lot of history, watched assassinations of our leaders, watched protests as blacks demanded equal rights, watched protests as Americans demanded the end of a wrong war, and watched as my parents and their parents adjusted to a different world where words like nigger were no longer appropriate, a world where their children (me)went to school and shared classrooms with people of a different color.

In the 70's, and for part of the 80's I can remember first hand applying for jobs, being told they could not hire me because affirmative action required that good union jobs were being given to minorities...I was a young man, I'd had nothing to do with the sins of the past, but I and others like me were asked to pay the price to level the playing field. Not asking for a medal, but am asking for some honesty...many of us in the Boomer generation paid the tab for Affirmative Action, are in some ways still paying that bill.

In the 80's, we watched as Illegal Aliens swelled our ranks, lowered our wages, and stole our jobs. We listened to, and believed Ronald Reagan when he called for us to accept an Amnesty, took him and our Federal Government at their word when they promised us it would be the last such Amnesty. We accepted the cost of absorbing millions of illegals, then as now, many of them from various Latin countries.

We played by the rules, accepted without question the sacrifices we were asked to make in the name of a better America. We paid the price for Affirmative Action, we paid the price to absorb millions of illegal aliens into our economy, and we did as our elders and our leaders asked. We paid into the Social Security System, accepted a huge increase in what we had to pay into that system. We embraced the concept of 401K's and Individual Retirement Accounts, and faithfully invested our income into these vehicles as we invested in America while putting away for our own Golden Years.

The second tsunami of illegal aliens started in the Clinton years, and instead of protecting us, the American Worker, our government sided with Big Business, embraced the concept of a One World Economy, embraced the concept that cheap wages were a good thing for bottom line profits, and therefore good for America...they were and are wrong. Loans were made to people who could not afford them, and a recipe for disaster was mixed, and once again the crisis we as a nation now face, the cost of fixing it has to be born, and it is obvious that both McCain and Obama think we Boomers should once again tighten our belts, pull up our boots and suck it in for the good of the nation.

To quote OBama, "Not this time!" We are not willing to have our Federal Government force us to continue working for an extra three, four, even five years in the name of saving Social Security...HELL NO, it is time that our Federal Government PAY BACK THOSE IOU's in the Social Security cookie jar. If you can force taxpayers to pick up a one trillion dollar bill for the bailout of Wall Street, then you can repay what you as a government have stolen from us Baby Boomers.

You want to overhaul the health care system, want to have health care for all...NOT if you are intending on using our tax dollars to provide health insurance for those who are here in American Illegally. Half of those uninsured are illegal aliens and their children...WE WILL NOT SACRIFICE to give them benefits they do not deserve. Hell no, not this time!

World Class educations...where is OUR WORLD CLASS EDUCATION? Give us that same opportunity, let us teach in our Golden Years in exchange for that World Class Education we never had a shot at. Don't ask us to pay for something we ourselves are not going to be given access too! How many blacks and other minorities got a chance at a world class education thanks to Affirmative Action? How many whites were denied that same opportunity because (lets be honest) we were the wrong color, even though our family finances were no better. Many of us BOOMERS paid that price for affirmative action, and now we want OUR EQUAL RIGHTS, WANT OUR EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. We are not going to stand still while Big Business and our Federal Government once again steal our dream, this time giving it to illegal aliens...Hell no, NOT THIS TIME.

You speak of GOOD PAYING JOBS...what good are those jobs if you allow corporate America to SHIP IN WORKERS through A) the H1 Visa program, and B) through unchecked illegal immigration coupled with rampant hiring of illegal aliens. We are not willing to accept AMNESTY (a pathway to citizenship), are not willing to see our Federal Government provide AMNESTY for 12-25 million illegal alien criminals. The gravy train is over, and if we are going to accept the sacrifices you need us to accept in the name of saving our economy, and our nation, it is going to come with a cost and the first DEMAND WE HAVE, is the DEPORTATION OF ILLEGAL ALIENS, the imprisonment of all those who hire them, imprisonment of those who aid and abet them in remaining in America, such as the Catholic Church. If you want a NEW DEAL with Main Street Americans, then we get to be FIRST IN LINE, rather than always being the ones to sacrifice in the name of some other interest group.

Affirmative Action...NO MORE, that slate needs to be wiped clean, it is time to end reverse racism, time for all citizens of America to have equal opportunity, regardless of race, creed or color...Affirmative Action is a wrong sighted, racist system that must come to an end. Martin Luther King's dream is realized with Obama's presidency, and it is unfair to continue penalizing White's for the color of our skin. We want A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD, and that reality can only be realized with the elimination of Affirmative Action.

Change is coming, and that change can be good or it can be bad. Good change will see America rise to new heights as we lead the world through the 21st century. Choose wrongly, continue to oppress and depress the middle class, continue to kowtow to illegal aliens, and you will see revolt in the streets, a civil war fought with modern days weapons in the streets of America as tens of millions are slaughtered on the altar of CHEAP WAGES and Corporate Profits. The time has come that we have a government that takes care of WE THE PEOPLE, the people being those people who are LEGAL CITIZENS AND IMMIGRANTS OF AMERICA. We the people means we put a moratorium on all immigration for a period of five-ten years while we retrain and re-employ our own citizens. If our government continues in its efforts to bankrupt and eliminate the middle class, we will see war here in America as brother kills brother and Main Street burns to the ground.

Why Americans Should Be Willing To Fight In Streets To Stop Illegal Alien Amnesty

Obama while stumping in Colorado today all but promised Illegal Aliens and their supporters that he would go to the mat in giving them AMNESTY under the guise of a pathway to citizenship. America's lower and middle class must prepare themselves now to take this fight, if necessary, into the streets to stop our Congress and Senator Obama from forcing an unfair Amnesty on Main Street America. Like it or not, it comes down to us against them, with the winner financially surviving while the losers fall into poverty, lose their homes, their jobs and their dignity.

How many Americans in the Construction Industry have seen their wages plummet, have sat at home because Union jobs went instead to companies with scab laborers in the form of illegal aliens that were/are working for half the prevailing wage? How many of our younger and older workers cannot find a job to help ends meet because Illegal Aliens have moved into job areas traditionally reserved for our youth, and those who are semi retired, but that need to earn a little extra to make ends meet? How many Americans no longer get overtime hours because their employers instead have brought in illegal alien scab laborers?

It is this simple...do you, your family, your children eat, or do illegal aliens and their families eat at your expense? Do you keep your home, stave off foreclosure, or does an illegal alien save his or her home because they STOLE YOUR JOB?
In the past year, over 800,000 people have LOST THEIR JOBS here in America, and according to the news, many hundreds of thousands more are going to be getting our walking papers soon...meanwhile, why do ILLEGAL ALIENS continue to work while you are unemployed? Further, it goes beyond just illegal aliens. The time has come to shut down the H1 visa program as well, time that the American Worker comes first, even if we have to fight to assure our own survival. Because our government has refused to do its job, because they failed to enforce our laws on immigration for years, because they have ignored immigration quotas set by Congress, we the American worker are now in peril, and instead of siding with us, our government wants to side with Illegal Aliens, and that cannot, must not be tolerated.

Our first chance to let our voices be heard comes just days after the Presidential Elections when the world meets in Washington, DC to discuss the economy...those who oppose Amnesty, those who feel the time has come to enforce our laws, and deport those here illegally need to take to the streets, need a million American March on Washington, DC. It is imperative that a clear signal be sent to President Elect Barack Obama, and the Democratic Congress that an Amnesty for 15-25 Million illegal aliens will not be tolerated, that such an Amnesty is likely to cause rioting in the streets of America, a us verse them battle that could lead to a second Civil War within our borders as American Citizens battle illegal aliens to keep what is rightfully OURS...our jobs, our wages, our communities, and our homes.

FACT...33 percent of LEGAL AMERICANS are earning less than $15,000 a year, and over half of us earn less than $50,000. So don't kid yourself, ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE STEALING OUR JOBS, OUR WAGES, OUR AMERICAN DREAM, and we are being pushed into a corner where we will have no choice but to fight for what is rightfully ours. The 111th Congress is going to try to RAM AMNESTY down the throats of Lower and Middle Class Americans, and unless we take to the streets, illegal aliens are going to successfully steal the American Dream from millions of Americans!

Under BOO HOO, Who Cares...Fence to Separate Lovers...Get OVER IT

I wish Pro Illegal Alien journalists like Randal C. Archibold would stop trying to play on Americans sympathies, attempt to have us feel sorry for Illegal Aliens who are criminals. In another Who Cares article, Randal plays his harp strings as he tells the tale of Friendship Park. He uses phrases like, "...some of them unable to cross the border because of legal or immigration trouble, exchange kisses, tamales and news through small gaps in the tattered chain-link fence. " That sentence if factual correct, instead of being written to seek sympathy for those not deserving of it might read, "...some of them unable to cross the border because of criminal investigations or immigration trouble from when they as illegal aliens were caught and deported, exchange kisses, make plans to smuggle loved ones back across the border again in violation of law, share tamales and news through small gaps in the tattered chain-link fence, and sometimes pass illegal drugs to their state side family members to sell on the black market.

Friendship Park is about to become a distant memory because Homeland Security is going to put up a proper BORDER FENCE, and a steal mesh no man's land on the US side to keep out illegal aliens and drug smugglers. Some (those dating or married to criminals and illegal aliens) are upset...GET OVER IT, and who cares. If we did not have ten percent of Mexico's people here in America illegally, if President Calderon did not encourage his people to violate our sovereign borders, the fence probably would not be necessary.

New fence on U.S.-Mexico border will split a park

IMPERIAL BEACH, California: At a time of tumult over immigration, with illegal workers routed from businesses, record levels of deportations, border walls getting taller and longer, Friendship Park here has stood out as a spot where international neighbors can chat easily over the fence.

Or through it, anyway. Families and friends, some of them unable to cross the border because of legal or immigration trouble, exchange kisses, tamales and news through small gaps in the tattered chain-link fence. Yoga and salsa dancing, communion rites, protest and quiet reflection all transpire in the shadow of a stone obelisk commemorating the area where Mexican and American surveyors began demarcating the border nearly 160 years ago after the war between the countries.

"It's hard to see each other, to touch," said Manuel Meza, an American citizen sharing coffee and lunch through the fence with his wife, who was deported and now drives three hours for regular visits at the fence. "It's strange, but our love is stronger than the fence."

But in a sign of changing times, new border fencing that the Department of Homeland Security is counting on to help curtail illegal crossings and attacks on Border Patrol agents will slice through the park, limiting access to the monument and fence-side socializing.

In addition to the fence, a second, steel mesh barrier will line the border for several yards on the United States side, creating a no-man's land intended to slow or stop crossings.

Taking Exception With Maegan "la Mamita Mala" Ortiz

There was an event in New York wherein women expressed what it is they want in a presidential candidate, what they want from their government. Some of the things wanted were standard fair, such as affordable childcare...as someone that has no children, never been one to understand why I should have to support affordable childcare with my tax dollars, but that is another post. After listening to several of the You Tube videos from this event, one stuck in my crawl, made me upset enough to take exception to her words. What I found offensive was her speech which is shared below. She is upset about several things, but primary amoung them is the fact that immigration (her code for illegal aliens) was not even mentioned in the three Presidential Debates. She is upset that people in her Native Puerto Rico do not have the right to vote...uhhh, excuse me, but isn't it Puerto Rico that has voted against becoming a state on more than one occassion. She is upset that immigrants (again, seems to be code for illegal aliens) are paying the brunt of the health care crisis, are hurting the most from America's failing economy.

For the record:

1. I think that all LEGAL IMMIGRANTS and citizens of America should be entitled to a helping hand up, should be able to expect the basic liberties America offers in its constitution.

2. If Puerto Ricans want the vote, they should become a state.

Now, some facts. If you broke our laws, and find yourself in prison, you should not be allowed to vote, you sacrificed that priviledge when you committed a crime egregious enough to land you in prison. If you are illegally in America, you do not have a right to work, and in fact are violating the law by doing so. Simply stated, Illegal Aliens ARE CRIMINALS.

Illegal Aliens working in America depress lower and middle class wages by over $230 Billion dollars a year (gleaned from a PEW report). Further, illegal aliens weaken our economy by sending (just to Mexico) over $125 Billion dollars a year back home in remittances. A basic law of economics...if you put a dollar into the economy, it creates six more and conversely if you take a dollar out, you eliminate six. That is a 12/1 turn around, remittances to Mexico are denying the American economy over $1.4 Trillion dollars in much needed fuel.

I don't dispute Maegan's belief that at least half of those uninsured in America are illegal aliens. What I do disagree with, is her seeming belief that we OWE THEM coverage...in fact, hospitals should be allowed to refuse service (even emergency service) to any one that cannot prove they are here in America legally, either as a citizen, legal immigrant, or guest. If our government enforced our Immigration Laws as they now exist, if our government deported those here illegally, American lower and middle class wages would go up, there would be more overtime hours available for those that wanted them, and those uninsured in America would drop to under 5 million as companies would be forced to offer more incentives and benefits to retain their trained work force.

Maegan seemed to paint the immigration reform issue as a Latino issue...it is not. It is true that the majority of those here illegally are of Latino decent (IE, we have 10 percent of Mexico's population living in America illegally), but that does not make the issue of illegal aliens a Latino issue, nor a race issue. It comes down to Law and Order, it comes down to enforcing our laws if we as Americans are going to respect those laws. If you want to live the American Dream, you do not criminally enter the country, and steal your dream from a legal American citizen by under cutting their wages, you do not live your dream by destroying the property values of legal citizens because you think it is OK to live 20-30 to a house so that you can send money back home.

I am all for Immigration...LEGAL IMMIGRATION. Abide by our rules, if you want to become a citizen, learn to read, write and speak English. Middle Class BAILOUT...Deport Illegal Aliens and Their Anchor Babies

As we all know, the $770 billion dollar bailout of Wall Street is starting to get snagged in the political process...no big surprise there. One of the hanging points for lobbyist is the wording that would allow a judge to REDUCE our mortgage payments in bankrupcy so that we could stay in our homes! This does not surprise me either.

Now, I have a question...

Some 12 million illegal aliens hold jobs illegally in America. This depresses our middleclass wages by over $200 Billion each year. Additionally, illegal aliens working illegal in America are sending (just to Mexico) over $120 Billion a year back to their home countries, taking that money OUT OF OUR AMERICAN ECONOMY! Further, some statistics suggest that over half of the UNINSURED in America are actually Illegal Aliens and their Anchor Babies.

Based on this facts, do you feel a plan to DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENs, a plan that would imprison company executives hiring them should be included in this Wall Street bailout as a means to help make Middle Class America WHOLE?

House Republicans have resisted making illegal immigration a major campaign theme this year, aware that their presidential candidate is at odds with them on the issue and voters are more focused on the economy. Many GOP members have previously questioned McCain for co-sponsoring legislation with Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) that would have put millions of illegal immigrants on a path to citizenship. But now that he is at the top of the ticket and trying to win over Hispanic voters — a group that could help decide this year’s election — down-ballot GOPers have toned down their comments and refocused on other issues. “Republicans think immigration is the issue to seal the deal for them, but it hasn’t been that,” said Lynn Tramonte, policy director for America’s Voice, an organization that supports the so-called comprehensive immigration legislation that McCain helped draft.

Illegal Alien SMACKDOWN--California Appelate Court Says NO To Giving Illegals In State Tuition

In a MAJOR DEFEAT for illegal aliens and their supporters, the California Appelate Courts have rightfully reinstated a lawsuit that seeks to make California Colleges and Universities stop giving instate tuition to illegal aliens while at the same time making out of state (but legal US citizens) pay out of state tuition! It's ABOUT TIME! California needs to turn the names and addresses of the 17,000 Illegal Aliens recieving in state tuition over to ICE so they can begin DEPORTATION preceedings against these criminals.

FACT...in a year when American citizens have lost over 600,000 jobs, another one million illegal aliens have come to America, and worse, some 12 million illegal aliens hold jobs that rightfully BELONG TO AMERICANS.

A Question To McCain on Making Tax Cuts Permanent For Ultra Rich

Sitting here tonight wondering just HOW STUPID Americans are...I am wondering that as the new polls suggest that McCain's bounce after the Republican Primary has him in the lead by as much as four points.

Now, many Democrats see a McCain presidency as nothing more than four more years of George Bush...with that thought in mind, I have a question for Mr. McCain. The most recent job statistics show America has lost 600,000 plus jobs in the past year. If your stump speech is to be believed, you Mr. McCain want to make the tax cuts permanent (even though 95 percent of the tax cuts benefit the rich and elite) as doing so will CREATE MORE JOBS. So my question is Mr. McCain, is, "If the George Bush tax cuts will create MORE JOBS, how do you explain the 600,000 lost jobs in 2008?

Unemployment Figures Go Up...Only Half The Truth

If you watched the Republican Convention this week, you did not see them talking much about Health Care, did not see them using the word Middleclass in talking to the voters of America, heard nothing about the housing crisis, the devastated stock market, or the millions of Americans out of work. After last nights Change Propaganda on the part of John McCain, we saw the unemployment statistics, and they are NOT PRETTY. For the year we have lost some 600,000 jobs, and millions of Americans are out of work, some of them so devastated they have stopped even looking.

Why are so many Americans out of work...in two words, though some may disagree, illegal aliens. There are between 15-25 million illegal aliens in the country, at least half of them holding down jobs that would otherwise be held by lawful American citizens, or immigrants that are here LEGALLY. Deport these illegal aliens, and you, to a great degree, put those Americans that want to work back to work. Yet, McCain, Mr. Amnesty himself has been mute on the subject of immigration reform and securing our borders this entire year as he has made his political comeback.

Don't kid yourselves folks...well over 8 million illegal aliens made their way into America during the George Bush presidency because he promised them Amnesty, was friendly to illegal aliens because of family ties, coupled with the Chamber of Commerce's desire for CHEAP WAGES...in the meantime, it is us the middleclass worker who has paid the price, and will continue to pay that price if we do not secure our Southern Border with Mexico and taken the necessary actions to deport those who are here and working illegally. Think about it, 6.1 percent of our citizens of working age are now unemployed, and it is going to get worse before it gets better...we are in a recession, perhaps heading to a depression all because politicians like John McCain refuse to do the right thing when it comes to immigration reform.

Reform is SO SIMPLE...enforce the laws we have on the books, secure our borders and other points of entry. You want to put hard working Americans back to work, then deport those who are here illegally, those who unlawfully have taken our jobs and by doing so depressed our wages. This is a presidential election year, many Senators and every Congressman/woman is up for re-election. Go to the public appearances and debates and ask the question. "What Mr. Politician are you going to do to secure our border with Mexico, and send back to where they belong those who are stealing OUR AMERICAN DREAM for their own by working as illegal aliens. Think about it, is it fair that an illegal alien is working, buying a home while you are unemployed and losing your house? Where I come from, that is stealing our dream because they want it for themselves...call it what you want, I call that criminal activity, and our Federal Laws as written agree with me.

Sarah Palin insinuated that Obama was afraid a terrorist meranda rights were being violated, and shrugged it off. I would like to know if she takes the same cavalier attitude towards illegal aliens that are stealing our American way of life? If as she claims, she is working for us, what is HER STAND ON ILLEGAL ALIENS?
