Again Senator Reid, Nancy Pelosi and President Obama have placed the desires of Illegal Aliens ahead of the desires and needs of Legal American Citizens who find themselves out of work, struggling to feed their families while CRIMINAL COMPANIES here in America still employ over seven million criminal illegal aliens. We are asking our readers to use the following template to write their elected officials in Washington DC. Demand full long term funding and implementation of E Verify, and demand that President Obama give Secretary's Holder and Napoliano their marching orders. Take all necessary steps including major work place enforcement raids to round up illegal aliens, and to prosecute those who hire them.

Dear Member of Congress:

I am writing today to urge you to join the over 75 other lawmakers who are demanding that Pelosi, Reid, and Obama restore the provision to the massive stimulus bill that prevents taxpayer stimulus jobs from going to illegal aliens. When 12.5 Million Americans are out of work, there is no excuse for giving Illegal Aliens over 300,000 Stimulus Jobs.

The Democratic leadership, by removing the "Buy American" and "E-verify" provisions of the stimulus bill, are sending a clear message that the American people are not who they serve. They are sending the message that foreign interests, lobbyist and Corporate America dominate Washington, not "We The People of the United States".

It is time for members of Congress who take the Constitution seriously, to demand that illegal aliens do not receive stimulus employment at taxpayer expense. We Legal Main Street Americans have escalating unemployment and foreclosures, are having trouble feeding our families, and it is simply treason to give our jobs, our health and well being to illegal alien criminals.

Should Senate Republicans Just Say No To Comprehensive Health Care and AMNESTY

With each passing day it becomes apparent that Barack Obama is not the people's President, but instead is the President of only those Americans with brown or black skin, and those Americans that support SPECIAL RIGHTS for those two groups of our Society.

1. While 11 plus million Americans are out of work, struggling to survive, President Obama kowtowed to the Pro Illegal Alien camp by demanding E Verify be left out of the Stimulus Bill under the guise that its inclusion in the bill would have seen too many Illegal Aliens losing their jobs...yes, you read that right.

So, over 11 Million Legal American citizens living on Main Street out of work, and Obama is fine with seven million illegal aliens working while LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS starve and suffer. The overwhelming brown tone too these illegal aliens I am sure had nothing to do with his decision. God forbid that Obama offend the Latino population and La Raza by treating illegal aliens for what they are...CRIMINALS.

2. President Obama has already signed one health care into law that gave some 4 million children of ILLEGAL ALIENS Health Care at the expense of Main Street Americans...you know, the same ones who are OUT OF WORK because Illegal Aliens have stolen our jobs.

3. President Obama wants to grant Amnesty to 12-25 Million Illegal Alien Criminals under the guise of Earned Citizenship, and allow these same scum to bring in their parents under the guise of Family Reunification...this move could allow as many as 50 Million parents of Illegal Aliens to dip into our American Social Security System at a time when 75 Million Baby Boomers are reaching the age of retirement.

4. President Obama is trying to ram Comprehensive Health Care down the throats of Main Street Americans so that he can give up to 25 million ILLEGAL ALIENS health care coverage by RATIONING THE CARE AMERICANS GET...that's right folks, read Obama's Health Care Proposal...ILLEGAL ALIENS DO QUALIFY.

5. The President's plan to bail out all those bad mortgages would let up to THREE MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS refinance THEIR BAD MORTGAGES at the expense of our taxes.

I voted for Obama! I am suggesting in this article that we need the Republicans in the Senate to pull together as a singular voting block to protect America from a Communistic/Socialistic Obama Agenda aimed at stripping Main Street Americans of our money, our rights and our freedoms under the guise of dignity and reparations for people of color. How else can you explain a set of White House moves that benefit ONLY PEOPLE OF COLOR, a set of initiatives that reward criminals with our jobs, a set of legislative bills that steal our money, steal our benefits, and give them to both the Latino and Black communities under the guise of Equal Rights for all...Equal Rights is not AMNESTY, Equal Rights is not Affirmative Action that gives Brown and Black people huge advantages. A line needs to be drawn in the sand. No Comprehensive Health Coverage unless said coverage specifically and categorically denies ANY COVERAGE including Emergency Room services to Illegal Aliens, and no Amnesty for Illegal Aliens under the guise of Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

Further, Republicans in the Senate should Filibuster any legislation until E Verify is made the law of the land FOR ALL EMPLOYERS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES (not just new hires), and a Bill in introduced and passed that outlaws any help to Illegal Aliens when it comes to home mortgage loans or small business loans.

Rightfully So, Hate Groups Are On Rise In America

They just had a story on CNN about a new report which shows hate groups are on the rise. Well DUH...let me explain to you why this should not be surprising.

Dwindling Opportunity + Illegal Aliens Stealing Opportunity = HATE GROUPS

In fact, the story itself was insulting, and contributes to MORE HATE GROUPS. They talked about how many undocumented Latino Immigrants are the victims of Hate Groups. First, Illegal Aliens are NOT undocumented immigrants, they are ILLEGAL ALIENS. Secondly, the race of the Illegal Alien at best is secondary. If Ireland were accounting for the majority of Illegal Aliens that are stealing our jobs our dreams, the anger of these hate groups would be aimed at Illegal Irish people...it is the ILLEGAL PART that is feeding the anger.

Why shoudn't these people HATE? We have a Government that has ignored Illegal Aliens for two decades because of Corporate America and the Business Community's desire to have cheap wages to help drive their profits, to make them supposedly profitable, social responsibility be damned. Simply stated, this culture of corruption on the part of our government and business encouraged Illegal Aliens to come, and come in LARGE NUMBERS, encouraged Illegal Aliens to have their American Dream Lite. The fact that Illegal Aliens having their American Dream Lite meant Americans on the lowest rungs of our American Society would lose their American Dream was of no concern to them...Business and Government got addicted to this cheap labor source, and the problem got out of hand as we suddenly had 12-25 Million Illegal Aliens and their 4.5 Million Anchor Babies here stealing the jobs, dreams and food from Legal American citizens.

Intelligence says Deport those here Illegally along with their anchor babies. Problem is, the Latino population knows loosing these illegal aliens means they lose a lot of their newly found political clout, so they are pushing for Amnesty, and political astuteness combined with a certain amount of quilt has Washington DC looking at AMNESTY all dressed up as Earned Citizenship.

Again, go back to the basic equation.

Let me shoot it straight here Big Business, Government, and soft hearted wealthy liberals that have or are using Illegal Aliens in some fashion either as Day Laborers, Landscapers, Nannies and construction help. Not everyone can afford college, not every one should attend college. Some people are meant to be landscapers, construction workers and the like. For two decades you idiots have looked down your noses at your own citizens while hiring Illegal Aliens to save a few bucks so you can afford a second Beamer, or another home. Now because of your own shared GUILT, you want to further penalize those you put on unemployment lines by granting AMNESTY to Illegal Aliens. Now you want to act ALL SURPRISED and SHOCKED, while still being upset at the VICTIMS who are forming these HATE GROUPS.

If you let one group (Illegal Aliens) oppress another group (Legal Americans on the lower rungs of economic ladder) by stealing their jobs, by depressing their wages, HATE IS THE ONLY BY PRODUCT that will come out of that equation. Why shouldn't these people hate, and why shouldn't they take what ever actions are necessary to target their oppressors? If your job, your dignity is being wrongfully stolen, if those in a position of power are willingly letting that crime be visited upon you, don't you have the MORAL RIGHT TO EXACT REVENGE? Sure, it might be legally wrong, but I am talking MORALLY. This stupidity on the part of the so called enlightened is what creates terrorists.

Some of you may not like it, but reining in HATE GROUPS is going to require you to get back to the task of being a LAWFUL GOVERNMENT that ENFORCES ALL OF OUR LAWS instead of changing our laws to suit yourselves and your greedy goals. First, Illegal Aliens and those that support them are going to push VERY HARD for Amnesty in 2009, as the Great Depression we are at the beginning of sees their window of opportunity closing fast as more and more Americans LOSE OUR JOBS, while Illegal Aliens keep theirs for the simple fact they are willing to work for CHEAPER WAGES. To accomplish their goal, they are planning to REFOCUS the argument/debate away from Us Verse Them. Illegal Aliens will try to convince the American Public that LONG TERM granting Amnesty to 12-25 Million Illegal Aliens makes since...if you are out of a job, if you cannot put food on the table, do you really care about what some Illegal Alien or his descendants MIGHT BE CONTRIBUTING to the American Economy 30-40 years from now? We are in a Great Depression, and while 11 plus (actual numbers) MILLION Americans are out of work, have lost their jobs, SEVEN MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE STILL WORKING IN AMERICAN JOBS.

Fact...the real unemployment/under employment rate for American Legal Citizens is actually over fourteen percent. Deporting all Illegal Aliens, forcing those seven million Illegal Aliens out of OUR JOB MARKET would put at least FOUR MILLION AMERICANS BACK TO WORK WITH BENEFITS INCLUDING HEALTH CARE in what would become a WORKERS Job Market as the supply was rebalanced to meet demand. Deportation is the only answer for Main Street American as we fight this crucial Us or Them BATTLE for our livelyhoods!

Taking On Harvard Graduate, President Barack Obama...Illegal Immigration

Though Barack Obama strikes me as a stubborn man used to getting his way through stealth, deceit or trickery, he does not strike me as thick, nor stupid. He after all was Editor of the Harvard Law Review, graduated high in his class, and has shown himself to be a brilliant tactician. It is these traits that make some of his comments and views on Illegal Aliens completely unacceptable, why I am publically taking him to task in this blog...as an attorney, as the Editor of the Harvard Law Review he understands and knows what an illegal alien is, knows that Pro Illegal Alien Groups are trying to muddy the waters when they say America's Illegal Alien issue is and immigration issue. It is not, it is a criminal issue that needs to be dealt with as such.

In a debate at Saint Anselm College, in typical lawyering double speak Obama said, "We are a country of immigrants. We're also a country of laws. And the question is, how do we balance that appropriately? I am hopeful that we can solve this problem constructively."

DANG Mr. Obama, you must be related to both Dick Cheney and Bill Clinton, because that is a line that Slick Willy would have been proud to make, but stop trying to pull the wool over the eyes of Main Street Americans. Yes, we are a country of immigrants...LEGAL IMMIGRANTS of which illegal aliens ARE NOT. GET IT? By law (we are a nation of laws) those who enter and/or stay in America wrongfully, without permission are classified as ILLEGAL ALIENS. We have already balanced being a nation of immigrants and a nation of laws. America has some of the most LIBERAL IMMIGRATION LAWS in the world Mr. Obama, and the means by which to enter into and live in America are codified into law. We do not need Immigration Reform, we need IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENT.

We can solve this issue constructively...we can begin prosecuting those who hire Illegal Aliens, and we can make the use of E Verify mandatory FOR ALL EMPLOYERS for ALL EMPLOYEES, both past, current and future. These two CONSTRUCTIVE ACTIONS alone would see a huge part of the illegal alien problem dissappear. With Illegal Aliens no longer able to steal jobs from LEGAL AMERICANS AND LEGAL IMMIGRANTS, most of them would self deport when they cannot work, and those remaining could be fairly easily rounded up by ICE and the Border Patrol. See how easy that is? Tell me Mr. Obama, with over 5 million Legal Americans OUT OF WORK, is it fair for 7.5 MILLION Illegal Aliens to be ILLEGALLY holding down jobs, working when Legal American citizens are not?

In the same debate, Mr. Obama you made another ODD QUOTE when you said, "We want to have a situation in which those who are already here, are playing by the rules..."

WHOA! Stop RIGHT THERE Mr. President. You are an attorney, you know what a repeat offender is. Every Illegal Alien who is living and working in America is guilty of no less than FOUR (COUNT THEM) crimes against SOCIETY, and in most cases far more than four crimes. Where in that reality do you come off with your statement that ILLEGAL ALIENS WHO ARE HERE, WHO ARE PLAYING BY THE RULES...what rules are they playing by Mr Obama? The ones that the National Chamber of Commerce and the Association of General Contractors wish they could get enacted into law?

I will never say another bad word about you Mr. Obama if you can show me IN THE LAW the RULES YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT that condone the illegal activities these Illegal Aliens are deliberately involved in...SHOW ME THE RULES! Come on Mr. HARVARD GRADUATE...I am just a dumb old Blue Collar worker, SO SHOW ME THE RULES that let illegal aliens unlawfully enter into our country, work under the table or use a fake ID to get a job that they are not entitled to, and still be playing by the rules of a LAWFUL SOCIETY. What rules are these ILLEGAL ALIENS PLAYING BY that entitle them, in your view, to AMNESTY, to your pathway to citizenship? What rules give them the right to STEAL MY AMERICAN DREAM MR. PRESIDENT? WHAT RULE GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DEPRESS AMERICAN LOWER AND MIDDLECLASS WAGES BY OVER $200 BILLION A YEAR, ONLY TO HAVE OUR GOVERNMENT WANT TO GIVE THEM AMNESTY. What rule lets many of them who work under the table, not pay taxes, then if they get AMNESTY have those UNPAID TAXES EXCUSED IN A SECOND HIDDEN IRS/TAX AMNESTY? SHOW ME THE RULES OBAMA!

You made some promises to AMERICAN CITIZENS when you were running for the highest office in the land. In your haste to brown nose MALDEF, LA RAZA and other Pro-Illegal groups including the Congressional Hispanic Caucus you seem to have lost track of them, and others you made GO AGAINST OUR LAWS, and GO AGAINST THE WISHES OF THE MAJORITY...tell me Mr. Obama are we a nation of laws, are we a nation where our government rules BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE (as in CITIZENS)? You promised BORDER SECURITY that would stop the flow of illegal aliens and illegal drugs into America, yet you and your Democratic Congress are now wanting to TRASH THE FENCE and PUSH FOR AMNESTY...where is OUR BORDER SECURITY? Why didn't you tell President Calderon where to get off when he threaten you (and us as citizens) with an even LARGER FLOOD of his countries citizens...stop letting Mexico use America as their WELFARE SYSTEM...you need to take care of LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS WHO ARE HURTING WHO ARE OUT OF WORK.

Further, you said EMPLOYERS HAVE TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE...we agree, so how do you square this statement, this promise to the LEGAL AMERICAN WORKER with your specific reguest to Congress to ELIMINATE E Verify from your Stimulus Bill? E Verify is over 99 percent effective. E Verify included in this bill would have identified and located over 800,000 Illegal Aliens who are currently employed in jobs that ARE RIGHTFULLY AMERICAN JOBS FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS AND LEGAL IMMIGRANTS. Further, inclusion of E Verify would have kept illegal aliens from stealing 300,000 of the jobs this stimulus bill is supposed to create FOR AMERICANS. That is a turn around for the LEGAL AMERICAN WORK FORCE of 1.1 Million people...that puts 25 percent of those Americans now out of work back in a job, recieving a paycheck, paying taxes...so tell me Mr. Obama how you justify E Verify not being included in your stimulus bill.

Calling a spade a spade Mr. Obama, what kind of a dispicable person are you to state E Verify would cause to many illegal aliens to lose their jobs before Congress had a chance to act on COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM and should therefore be LEFT OUT of a Stimulus Bill...that statement from you Mr. Obama MAKES YOU GUILTY OF TREASON, and there is no other way to slice it. You are aiding and abetting illegal aliens, are allowing foreign nationals to steal jobs away from American Citizens that you HAVE SWORN TO PROTECT, are winking at the National Chamber of Commerce and telling Corporate America, "BREAK OUR LAWS, HAVE YOUR CHEAP WAGES MY FRIENDS"! This is no longer a policy difference Mr. Obama, this is CAUSE FOR IMPEACHMENT!

Drunk Drivers have their driving priviledges suspended because they broke the law. That is the way it works...yet YOU Mr. Obama want to reward law breakers with a drivers license while you work to get them AMNESTY! Giving them a Drivers License makes it ALL THAT MUCH EASIER for them to STEAL OUR JOBS! Getting a drivers license makes it easier for them to open up a bank account, apply for credit cards, and hide their illegality as they BLEND IN to American Society. As an elitist who does not have to worry about them stealing your job you are fine with that reality...problem is, those of us who you are supposed to lead ARE OPPOSED TO AMNESTY, and OPPOSED TO ILLEGAL ALIENS BEING GIVEN DRIVERS LICENSES. We want our dreams back, and we want our neighborhoods back...simply stated, we want MASS ROUND UPS AND DEPORTATIONS. A $10,000 BOUNTY on the head of every illegal alien would stimulate the economy Mr. Obama, would put millions of Americans back to work as these criminals fled America back to their home countries. Time to DO THE RIGHT THING BY AMERICANS MR. You state Mr. Obama that your father came here from a small village in Africa...unless I am wrong, your father (unlike your Aunt who should be deported) came to America legally. You see Barack, your FATHER played by the rules, and you have been blessed as a result of his law abiding activities, while your Aunt did not play by the rules, which is why she is going to be deported (or should be) unless you wrongfully step in and allow her to stay because of nepatism. All Politics Is Local...Adolfo Carrión Jr. A Member of President Obama's Cabinet

Well well well...seems that Obama is picking someone local, someone I know something about as a member of his cabinet...one Adolfo Carrión Jr. of the Bronx. I know him as much as your average Joe can know any politician. From my position, Carrion is a man that likes being important...we'll leave it at that. He's a pick that La Raza would endorse...again, we'll leave it at that. He's a man that would be very supportive of the rights of illegal aliens...again, we'll leave it at that. In short, this is not a pick I would endorse, and from my perspective, Obama seems bent on pushing an AMNESTY driven agenda, and in that I believe he might throw America into civil war fought on the streets of Blue Collar America in a us verse them battle for the American Dream. (one note...have to wonder if this is not a Bloomberg encouraged pick to keep Carrion from running for Mayor in 2009.)

The Agenda/Mandate for Change/Dealing with Illegal Aliens

With the Ashley Todd racist hoax all but guaranteeing an Obama win in Pennsylvania, this Presidential Race is over, Barack Obama destined to be the next President of the United States of America. He has run an election centered around a message of change, has promised to make America once again a place where the average Main Street American gets a fair shake. There are promises on the table to Save Social Security, to lower taxes for 95 percent of Americans, and provide Health Care for all. As an American, as a Main Street American, I have been giving the subject of change much thought, and feel it imperative that Barack Obama the candidate bring change to America as our President that is CHANGE WE WANT, is change in the best interest of Main Street America, rather than in the best interest of ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Perhaps I am wrong, but much of the change we need must center on the subject of Illegal Aliens, those who provide them aid and comfort, those who hire them. The candidate Obama has made overtures to the Illegal Alien community through such racist and bigoted organizations as La Raza, and as America’s president, he must realize that Amnesty, that a pathway to citizenship for 15-25 Million Illegal Aliens IS UNACCEPTABLE. America’s lower and middle class have been wronged by Wall Street, by the National Chamber of Commerce, by our elected officials, and the time has come to restore justice, to return America to a nation of laws that protects its own citizens, rather than coddling to ILLEGAL ALIENS in the name of cheap wages for Corporate America.

Health Care and the uninsured…fact is, that half of those people in America who are uninsured are Illegal Aliens and their Anchor Babies. Repatriate these illegal alien criminals and their families back to their homelands, and we have reduced the number of uninsured in America by 50 percent without spending ONE THIN DIME. Further, because companies would have no choice but to compete for qualified LEGAL workers, wages and benefits for lower and middleclass Americans would go up across the board, thus seeing millions of those now uninsured getting medical coverage, or being able to afford it. The time of punishing America’s lower and middleclass in the name of a corporate agenda must come to an end, our politicians either representing the will of the majority, or being FORCED OUT OF OFFICE by any means necessary.

The candidate Obama has spoken about stagnant wages for America’s lower and middleclass workers on Main Street. The biggest contributor to stagnant wages is first and foremost illegal aliens followed in a close second by the H1 Visa program that must be mothballed for a period of at least ten years while America takes care of its own hurting and abused work force. Illegal Aliens reduce wages for the lower and middleclass by some $230 Billion dollars a year; have depressed the average American Family’s wages by over 7 percent. That figure raises to over 9 percent for the African American family, and the wages of young black men between 16 and 25 have seen their wages depressed by over 13 percent because of illegal aliens in the workforce. Couple this with companies like Microsoft using the H1 Visa program to lower wages by bringing in foreigners, rather than hiring American College Graduates, and we have an untenable situation wherein the root cause is a uncontrolled, unsecured Southern Border with Mexico, unchecked illegal immigration into America, coupled with a far too generous legal immigration program.

Though some might disagree, a huge contributing factor to the meltdown of the mortgage industry came about as a result of lending to those in America illegally. For those of us unfortunate enough to have tenements in our neighborhood where 20-40 illegal aliens, ignoring zoning rules and regulations, are all living under one roof, we are paying a tremendous price for our Federal Government’s refusal to ENFORCE OUR LAWS. Illegal aliens in our communities are bringing increased crime, deteriorating communities, and ever decreasing home values as a result of illegal aliens who disrespect our culture, our laws, who are infiltrating our communities, and trying to force their cultures on us against our will. Sorry, but we do not drive without licenses, we do not routinely park in the middle of the street, we do not play Latino music loud enough to be heard two blocks away, we do not routinely urinate out in public, against building walls, or onto the tires of whatever car happens to be conveniently parked. This is America, and we do not want to, nor should we have to drive down our streets and see Mexican flags flying from front porches where American Flags should wave. This is not racism, this is about demanding that OUR CULTURE be respected, that our rules be obeyed. If I want to experience the Mexican culture, I’ll attend a Mexican Festival here in America, or I’ll travel to Mexico. I do not feel it fair, or just for them to force their culture onto neighborhoods by force, through ill mannered ignorance and ignoring of our laws.

Oddly, or perhaps not, these complaints and angers are not expressed to or against those who have immigrated here LEGALLY. Those citizens (future citizens) want to embrace our American culture, they want too abide by and respect our laws. They as a whole strive to become a part of a community, rather than attempt to change it, and turn it into a mirror reflection of their home countries. Unfortunately, most of those here illegally have NO INTEREST in being Americans, have no interest in adopting to our culture, embracing our American way of life, learning to read, write and speak OUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE…all they are here for, is to work, even if their working means stealing jobs from Americans, lowering our wage bases, bringing down the quality of life that makes America the great land of opportunity that it is. How many illegal aliens are only here to earn enough money to go back to their home country with their spoils? Read former Mexican President Fox’s and current President Calderon’s desires for their citizens in America. They want their citizens to have the right to legal migrate north of the border as it suits them, have all rights of American Citizenship while here, then have the right to take their spoils, and go back to MOTHER MEXICO. Simply stated, illegal aliens ARE TAKERS, and it is time they be held fully and completely liable for their crimes.

We need America’s Legal Citizens and Legal Immigrants of every color, creed, nationality chanting in the streets of every major city, “DEPORTATION, DEPORTATION, DEPORTATION”, we need those who are here in America legally to demand enforcement of our immigration laws AS WRITTEN, rather than allowing special interest groups and the National Chamber of Commerce to cloud the issue, and push for AMNESTY under the guise of a Pathway to Citizenship. Illegal Aliens are CRIMINALS, they are not undocumented workers, not undocumented immigrants, they are by FEDERAL LAW and DEFINATION both Illegal Alien, and CRIMINAL. There is no debate, we do not need comprehensive Immigration Reform, but instead WE NEED OUR LAWS ENFORCED.

You may not like this Mr. Obama, but simply stated, we do not need these illegal aliens, nor do WE WANT THEM. They are not filling jobs Americans will not do, but instead are lowering the wage scales in certain industries to a point where we law abiding citizens cannot afford to do those jobs unless we want to live like illegal aliens do here in America and in their third world countries, where 20-40 family members all live under one roof in deplorable conditions…very much the way illegal aliens are living here in America, so that they can SAVE MONEY to send back home in the way of remittances. As our next President Mr. Obama, your job is to PROTECT AMERICAN CITIZENS, not kowtow to the likes of President Calderon of Mexico who has continued encouraging his nation’s citizens to violate our borders, encouraged his citizens to ROB AMERICA OF OUR RICHES and send them back to the Mexican Motherland. All illegal aliens are criminals, it just so happens that Latino nations, and specifically Mexico and their citizens are the biggest violators of our national sovereign borders. You cannot greatly reduce illegal immigration to America without targeting Mexico, without targeting the Latino Population of Mexico and other Latino nations who are ignoring our laws, who are encouraging their nation’s poor and illiterate to migrate to America.

It is time to STOP LYING to America’s lower and middleclass citizens. Illegal Aliens by LAW are illegal aliens. They are not undocumented workers; they are not undocumented immigrants…THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Those who aid and abet illegal aliens in staying in America (Catholic Church) are criminals. Those who hire illegal aliens are criminals. There is no discussion, there is no denying a very basic FACT…illegal aliens, those who aid and abet their being here, and those who hire them are CRIMINALS.

Is America about Fairness and Justice for all?

Either DEPORT all those here illegally, punish all those who are BREAKING OUR LAWS, or let us individually and collectively spiral down into Anarchy where it is every man, woman and child for themselves, where Americans have the right to pick up arms and strike back at those trying to steal our American Dream. We have no reason to respect law enforcement officers who ignore laws, who refuse to arrest criminals because BIG BUSINESS wants them to look the other way when they come into contact with those living and working in America illegally. If illegal aliens, if Corporate America, if the church can ignore the rule of law, can conduct and condone criminal behavior, then why can’t we? To hold us to one standard, to demand that we abide by the laws of our nation, while allowing 15-25 million illegal aliens to ignore our laws, steal our jobs, depress our wages, and destroy our neighborhoods can no longer be tolerated, and our government is either with us, or against us, Barack Obama is either with us as the next President of the United States, or he is against us…there can be no middle ground on this, there can be no negotiation, no Amnesty, no pathway to citizenship. The time to take sides is upon us, we either defend America and its citizens, or we side with those that believe in a lawless society where any thing you do to survive and get ahead is justified. The choice is our individually, and collectively, and it is this writes belief that the only intelligent choice, the only fair choice is to ENFORCE OUR LAWS as written. The time to end illegal immigration is upon us, and the quickest way to bring that into reality, is to send a clear message that those who hire illegal aliens, those who aid and abet them, and the illegal aliens themselves will be dealt with harshly, that the proverbial book WILL BE THROWN AT THEM when they are caught. Only through making examples of the lawless can we see our laws respected. Imprison illegal aliens for a few years before deporting them, jail a few Catholic Priests, seize the assets of a couple of companies, and watch how fast times change, watch how fast millions of illegal aliens will self deport themselves.

45% of all Latin American illegal alien/immigrant households use at least one welfare program and 24% use more than one program.

– 32% use food assistance, 31% use Medicaid, 6% use cash assistance. Our taxes used to provide food and medical care to ILLEGAL ALIENS!

20% of native households use at least one welfare program and 11% multiple programs.
– 11% use food assistance, 15% use Medicaid, 5% use cash assistance.

Among Mexican and Latin American households, welfare use is somewhat higher for households headed by legal, as opposed to illegal, immigrants. Thus legalization will likely increase welfare costs still further.

90% of Mexican and Latin American households have at least one worker. Their heavy welfare use reflects their low education levels and resulting low incomes – and not an unwillingness work.
– 61% of all Mexican immigrants have not graduated high school.
– 48% of all Latin American immigrants have not graduated high school. Simply stated, we have foreign lands sending us their most UNFIT and IGNORANT citizens...may sound harsh, but it is true.

There is a common but mistaken belief that welfare programs are only for those who don’t work. Actually, the welfare system is designed to provide low-wage workers, or more often their children, things like food assistance and health care. Which means we are being FORCED to support over FOUR MILLION ANCHOR BABIES, and to some degree their ILLEGAL ALIEN PARENTS!

It is the presence of their U.S.-born children coupled with their low education levels that explains why so many Latino illegal alien/immigrant households use the welfare system. Deporting all those here ILLEGALLY would eliminate most of these societal costs being dumped unfairly on the shoulders of Main Street Americans.

Most recently arrived immigrants are barred from using welfare programs and this would likely apply to those legalized by the Senate bill – however this is not true in every state, nor does not apply to all programs. Most important, the bar does not apply to the U.S.-born children of immigrants, who are immediately eligible. Which perhaps explains the HIGH BIRTH rate amoung the illegal alien population.

There are an estimated 1.4 million households headed by illegal aliens using at least one major welfare program. If even half these families returned to their home countries, the savings for taxpayers could be substantial. Deportation of ILLEGAL ALIENS is, simply stated, good for America and our lower and middle class citizens.

If we do not wish to make a large share of illegals return to their home countries, then the United States has to accept the welfare costs. There is no other option. READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY AMERICA!

Programs examined in the analysis are food stamps, WIC, school lunch, Medicaid, TANF, SSI, and public/rent-subsidized housing. IMAGINE THAT, we are evening helping PAY THEIR RENT!
