Major US Naval Accident In Straight of Hormuz DRIVES OIL PRICES HIGHER

The accident in the straight of Hormuz that saw the NUCLEAR SUBMARINE USS Hartford (that was fully submerged at the time) gut open the USS New Orleans hull, dumping some 25,000 gallons of diesel into the shipping lane has DRIVEN WORLD OIL PRICES HIGHER in todays trading. Trying to recall, but isn's this the SECOND NUCLEAR SUBMARINE ACCIDENT THIS YEAR for the United States Navy? NUCLEAR, VITAL, SAFE SECURE...well, most of the time.
